Pastor Mike has been at Corona Baptist Church since September 2008.  He is a native of Arizona, born and raised in Tucson.  Mike has pastored churches in Texas and Arizona.  However, even though he spent time in Texas, he knew that this was only a temporary stop until he was back home.   

Mike also worked as a teacher in the public schools for 12 years.

He has been married to Bettie Molina for 23 years.  They have 2 children (16years), Matthew and Alissa, who are fraternal twins.

Mike and Bettie are excited to be part of a great work here in Chandler, Arizona and anxious to see what great things God is going to do here through their ministry.

Andrew was born and raised in Arizona, but he spent his high school and college years in Oregon where he studied history. He became a Christian early in his life and committed himself to intentional ministry several years ago. In his downtime, he reads books dealing with history or theology, listens to/plays/writes/records music, watches cinema, and enjoys the fellowship of others.

Jeffrey Strange - Student Minister

Hi there my name is Jeffrey F Strange Jr.

I was born in Austin Texas but was raised in Scottsdale Az. I have lived in Scottsdale for most of my life, I was moved here by my parents when I was young. I graduated high school from Horizon High School in the Class of 2004!!

I have a beautiful wife, Erica who is so amazing and I couldn’t be happier that she said yes!! We have been married for almost 2 years in September and we love every minute of it. We just bought our first house last November 2010 in North Scottsdale.

I have been in youth ministry for a long time, I grew up going to North Phoenix Baptist Church with my dad and also attended Scottsdale Bible for a while, but my true home before Corona was First Southern Baptist Church Scottsdale, were I attended there youth group and became great friends with the youth pastor there Todd Miller. I was Todd’s intern for 2 years and volunteered my time for another 5 years we have become great friends and now he is one of my great friends and mentor.

I went to Southwestern Bible College to study Christian Ministries with a minor in Youth Ministries.

I love serving God with all my heart, he has done so much for me that all I can do is to just abide by His word the Bible. I live by a great Scripture that has changed my life forever. Proverbs 3:5-6 “5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

I have been the custodian at Corona for going on 2 years now, and I've counted it a blessing to be a part of God's work! I have also been a part of the ministries in our sound booth on Sunday mornings, youth department whenever I am able and was the Sunday School Director. I am a native to Arizona, and have lived here all my life! Past ministries have been worship leader, youth director and custodian of Parkway Baptist, and a "whatever you need me as" guy at Wellspring Church on Dobson prior to coming to Corona! Till age 21, I attended Twin Butte Baptist with my parents and am thankful for the up-bringing I recieved there!
